Shia's Shop Charge Dropped

Shia LaBeouf’s had charges of trespassing against him dropped.

The announcement came after prosecutors announced on Wednesday that the drugstore in which he was arrested asked that the case be dismissed.

Shia was arrested in the early-morning hours of November 4 in a branch of the US chemist Walgreen’s in Chicago after he refused to leave after being asked tom do so by a security guard to leave.

The guard told police he had asked the 21-year-old actor to leave because he seemed drunk.

However police said Shia was very courteous and polite at the time of his arrest.

The actor appeared briefly in a Cook County courtroom, then slipped away without comment after prosecutors said Walgreen's had sent a letter asking to dismiss the case.
