What's it about? An aging writer matches wits with the struggling actor who has stolen his wife's heart.
What type of film is it? Drama Thriller
Is it any good? It’s okay but not great. This rehash of the 1972 classic – which also starred Michael Caine – isn’t a patch on the original. Wordy, slow, dull and a bit flat this doesn’t really work and I’m not sure why. Jude Law is out acted very step of the way by Michael and the tension between the two isn’t believable. I just left me disappointed which was a shame.
