BRITS CD Sales Rocket

CD sales of Brit nominated artists have more than doubled in the build up to this week's awards.

Figures released today show sales of artists like The Klaxtons, Take That and Mika are expected to generate an additional 4 million pounds for the record industry in the following weeks.

The BRIT Awards take place at Earls Court in London on Wednesday, and will be broadcast live on ITV1.
