  1. It really is true that you are what you eat. A great diet = great hair.
  2. Find a hairdresser that that makes you feel comfortable. They should offer you advice without telling you how to have your hair, don’t let them push you in to something you don’t want!
  3. Pamper yourself once a week and have a treatment. Protein masks are really effective and make your hair look really glossy.

  1. Eat a low fat diet. If you eat less fat your metabolism will get faster and you will lose weight.
  2. Don’t eat high fat snacks in between meals; some fruit will be more than enough to keep you going.
  3. Don’t just eat well; make sure you do exercise as well. The more exercise you do, the more calories you burn and you’ll lose even more weight.

  1. Only buy something if it goes with three other things in your wardrobe.
  2. Always buy something slightly too big rather than too small – it will instantly make you look slimmer.
  3. Buy the best you can afford – you’re better off with one quality top rather than three for the same price. Cheaper items are often bad quality, so it’s a false economy.
