Britney's Kid Visit Setback

Britney has lost her latest battle to see her sons after leaving a court without seeing the judge.

She arrived in LA at nine am but left 45 minutes later - last week exactly the same thing happened.

The judge refused to restore her access rights - they were suspended after her recent breakdown.
