Is it any good? Based on a true story, this award nominated movie sounds heavy and serious but in fact this is a genuinely witty and entertaining movie. Phillip Seymour Hoffman’s performance is superb, actually stealing scenes from his A list co-stars Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts. Expect some nudity and swearing but not so much as to offend, you’ll probably leave the cinema feeling like you’ve learned something but it’s not a film where you have to really think too hard. Well worth checking out.
