Kevin Federline’s lawyers are to question Britney Spears.
The one-to-one is part of the former couple’s ongoing custody case over their sons – two-year-old Preston and Jayden, who is one-year-old.
It's expected that Britney will be asked about her past drug and alcohol use, claims she’s failed to follow court orders, and anything that reveals whether she's a fit mother.
This kind of legal meeting is called a deposition.
Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has already completed a number of depositions of former friends and associates of Britney and including her former manager Larry Rudolp and former bodyguard Daimon Shippen.
Last month, Britney and Kevin agreed to share time with the children over Christmas, but a final custody arrangement remains unresolved.
Kevin currently has primary physical custody, with Britney being allowed supervised visits.
