Star Wars' TV Return

Work’s started on Star Wars: The TV show.

The man behind one of the most successful and influential movie franchises in the history of cinema, George Lucas has been spilling the beans to The Los Angeles Times newspaper.

He said: “I’ve just begun work on it.”

"The Skywalkers aren't in it, and it's about minor characters."

Although he didn’t go in to too much detail about who they’d be, he apparently joked: "Maybe it’ll be about the life of robots."

The TV series will be live action, however, George has also been working on the computer-animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
