Text messages sent to Heart on 62106 cost 25p plus your standard network charge (normally no more than 12p) and you should receive a reply to every text message you send into Heart.

Some network packages offer a number of free text messages per month. Due to the technical nature of the text message you receive from Heart this will still be charged at 25p to your phone bill or pre-pay credit.

If you have a pre-pay phone then you will need to have enough credit on your phone to receive our reply. If you don't receive a reply from Heart then there are other possible reasons for this please see below.

Message Delivery
Normally you will receive an immediate reply to the text/sms message you sent to the Heart shortcode however occasionally mobile networks do experience delays – this could translate into either you receiving the message later than expected or alternatively not receiving it at all. Delays are usually a symptom of a large number of texts all being sent in at same time.

Unfortunately, message delays are usually something which is completely outside of our control. If you experience any delays in receiving messages and would like to know exactly what’s going on you are advised to contact your network operator and they should be able to inform you of any delays they maybe experiencing.

Otherwise please call 0207 269 5750 where either a customer service assistant will answer your call or alternatively leave a brief description of your problem, mobile number and mobile network and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you do not wish to receive automatic reply messages from Heart then please call 0207 269 5750 with your mobile telephone number and this will be arranged.

Heart Text Database
Within the reply you receive from us you'll see that we've asked you if you would like to become part of the Heart text database by sending in your age and postcode. If you decide to become a member of this database you’ll be one of the first to know what Heart are up to along with relative news alerts sent straight to your mobile!

These messages cost you nothing to receive and any reply you send to us will only cost your standard network charge for a text message (normally no more than 12p depending on your network operator).

If at anytime you wish to unsubscribe from this club then text the word STOP to 62106 and you won't receive any more messages from Heart unless you text in to the station number 62106.
