Kiefer Risks Jail Over DUI

Kiefer Sutherland could be looking at between four days and one year in jail because of those drink-driving charges.

The 24 star was arrested in Hollywood on Tuesday – he’s now out on bail – but if he’s found guilty, or enters a guilty plea in court next month, he could end up behind bars.

However, despite the arrest Kiefer was back at work on the set of the real-time drama on Wednesday filming series seven.

According to industry newspaper The Hollywood Reporter, he could have avoided this whole incident if he’d accepted the use of a company limo service that he’d been offered.

Kiefer’s due back in court on October 16.
