Jessica's Breast Feeding Fear

There’s one thing about motherhood that scares Jessica Alba more than anything else – breast feeding.

The pregnant 26-year-old’s told US TV show Extra: "One dream I had had to do with breastfeeding, which is the only thing I'm paranoid about. More than giving birth."

"I’ve been feeling a lot more emotions. Anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying. That's not something I'm used to."

"I try to eat as healthy as possible... and exercise. As long as I don't gain too much, too fast, that's the key."
