What's it about? Holed up in Bruges, Belgium after a difficult job, two hit men begin to differ on their views of life and death as they become used to local customs.
What type of film is it? Comedy Thriller
Is it any good? Although it can’t decide whether it’s a thriller or a comedy it manages to be both in the just right amounts. Naturally, like any film with Colin Farrell in it, there is swearing galore, but for a film about hit men there isn’t that much blood spilled - apart from the end which might have some people feeling a bit sqeamish. You shouldn’t, but you can’t help liking the inept killers as they clearly have hearts of gold (despite them bumping people off for a living). Surprisingly enjoyable and a bit of a hidden gem.
