Hilary's Hotel Freebie Sweep

Hilary Swank has confessed she nicks toiletries from hotel rooms… but claims it’s only because she wants to help save the planet!

Despite having won two Oscars and earning million of dollars a movie, she’s told Heart: "It’s true.  I do do that."

"I didn’t grow up with a lot of money and I‘m not very good with wasting things whether it’s food or toiletries in my bathroom."

Hilary added: "I’m sure they don’t refill the little containers of shampoo when you check out so it’s just going in the trash or a landfill so why not take it with home?"

The actress also revealed what she thought of the toiletries in some of London’s top hotels.

Hilary mused: "The ones in the Dorchester are very nice, very yummy. Next time I might have to pack an extra little bag for when I’m here next… "
