Madge turns 50 this weekend - but how does she stay looking so young?

The singer's often pictured jogging in the park or carrying a yoga mat as she tries to keep fit.
Stylist and presenter of 'Ten Years Younger', Nicky Hambleton Jones, thinks the singer may be over-doing it, "To get a body that is that toned you have to lose a lot of your fat mass, which is great in clothes and when you've got a lot of make-up on, but day-to-day you lose that layer of fat on your skin and that can make you look really haggered".
You don't have to work as hard as Madonna - and you don't need millions in the bank either.
Heart spoke to these East Midlands women about how they keep looking good.
Sandra, Grantham: "I go to the gym three times a week, and I think a few more people ought to, really; it's not as bad as people think!"
Jane, Mansfield: "I think she [Madonna] looks excellent for her age, which is quite encouraging for us fifty-somethings as well. I do some exercise and watch my diet and try to keep healthy really, but I don't know if it works or not."
Anne-Marie, Derby: "She's obviously spent a lot of time on her body, but her face does show her age. I go to the gym five days a week, and I walk to work three miles a day."
