Cheryl Cole has revealed what her dream job would have been had she not got into Girls Aloud - she would have aspired to be a "forensic detective".
She said: "If I'd had had a sensible head on me shoulders when I was younger, at school and stuff, I'd have loved to have gone into, like, forensic detective."
"I find it fascinating ... you know like which way the blood is splattered and stuff."
Her band mates added: "She likes all that stuff."
Girls Aloud release their fifth album, Tangled Up, next month.
This is despite rumours that Nadine Coyle has already signed up with a US manager to break America when the band splits up.
