Coronation Street's lost out at the Royal Television Society Programme Awards.

The ITV soap was up against The Bill and Holby City in the Soap and Continuing Drama category - The Bill won.

The Mighty Boosh beat The Thick Of It and Peep Show in the Situation Comedy and Comedy Drama category.

Stephen Fry's quiz show QI won the Entertainment Award.
