Imagine trying to clean your house and do the washing without modern cleaning materials. Drop in and try your hand at ’ponching’ and a spot of cleaning like Great Granny used to. Activities are taking place at 10.30am- 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 3.30pm.

10am-1pm KATHAK BEGINNERS 2pm-6pm KATHAK MASTERCLASS Two distinct opportunities to develop new skills – either as a complete beginner in the morning sessions – or as an experienced Kathak dancer in the Masterclass sessions - in the company of Vina Ladwa, Artistic Director of Manushi Dance Company. Craft Fun Day - 10:30AM 26/08/2008
location - Durban House Heritage Centre, Mansfield Rd, Eastwood, NG16 3DZ
Stuck for something to do during the holidays? Why not pop down to Durban House Heritage Centre on 26th and 27th August and have a go at some of the fun craft activities taking place. Children and adults can drop in and have a go at one of the many crafts on offer and then take their crafty works home with them. The event starts at 10:30am until 3:30pm and is free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
