Britney's Fresh Custody Hope

Britney Spears is due back in court later for another child-custody hearing.

The troubled 26-year-old pop star, who has been under the control of her father since her one-week-early release from UCLA Medical Centre, is expected to attend the status hearing in a downtown courthouse with her parents.

Her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, will also attend.

K-Fed has had full custody of his two sons with Britney - two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James, since January.

That was when police were called to her home after she refused to relinquish one of the boys to a bodyguard of Kevin’s.

She was then taken by ambulance to a hospital and her visitation rights were suspended, but have been gradually restored in recent months.
