Britney Spears' lawyers dealing with her custody battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline are quitting.
The law firm has asked a court in Los Angeles to be relieved as her attorneys.
They say a "breakdown" in communication with the singer makes representing her "impossible."
Britney’s latest lawyer, Sorrell Trope, filed the request in a document which read:
"There has been a breakdown in communications between (Spears) and Trope & Trope (law firm) making further representation of her interests impossible."
Sorrell was her third lawyer in her ongoing battle with her ex-husband.
Her first attorney, Laura Wasser, resigned from her case in September shortly after Britney's divorce from K-Fed was finalized.
She then hired the firm Freid & Goldsman, but their relationship ended within days.
