Britney Spears hasn’t managed to get her boys back – but she has been given visitation rights.
On Wednesday, Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon ruled that the singer can see two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James but they will remain in the temporary custody of their dad, and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
Britney didn’t turn up at the court to hear the decision being delivered – but wannabe rapper K-Fed did.
A judge is going to look at the arrangement again on October 26.
Up until now, Britney and Kevin had shared custody however, on Monday a judge told her to temporarily surrender them to him came after she failed to produce a California driver's license and missed a court-ordered drug and alcohol test.
