1. I love Top Gear.

Jeremy, Hamster and James are all entertaining presenters in their own unique ways. They have a lot of fun making the show and their challenges either have me in stitches or amaze me. Only one problem - when they review the cars, am I the only bloke who doesn't have a clue what they're talking about?!?

One thing is for sure - if they say a car is awful, I won't buy it! Sadly, I can't afford the sports cars they love so much either, but the power they have must surely make and break a lot of car makers.

2. Snog, Marry, Avoid? is a new show on BBC Three.

The idea is to take girls who wear too much make-up, appear orange due to too much fake tan, wear outfits that are just 'too much' and generally need a 'make-under' to reveal their natural beauty.

Speaking of natural beauty, the programme is presented (rather well) by Jenny Frost who used to be in Atomic Kitten.

Anyway, the reason I mention this show is, to me, it's obvious where these girls are going wrong. "I've got make up and I'm gonna use it" seems to be their motto.

Not only do they not see what everyone else seems to see, but their friends don't see it either. They all say 'she's sexy, gorgeous, we all love her' - that type of thing.

Blokes in the street are then shown pictures of the girl, before and after the makeunder and are asked whether they'd Snog, Marry or Avoid them. Usually, it's avoid beforehand and snog or even marry afterwards.

When we see a girl wearing way too much make-up, we have to wonder what you're hiding from us!

Far be it from me to tell anyone how to dress. I'm all for girls wearing what the heck they want, but personally - and most blokes would agree - natural looks better and is far sexier.

3. Wimbledon Mens Final - what a match!

As it should be when there's only 2 people left in the tournament, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer were and are the Top 2 seeds in the world - and they both proved their worth.

I don't normally watch tennis. It's a bit repetative for my liking - an opinion formed largely due to Pete Sampras' dominance a few years ago. "Oh good, another ace."

But when the shots being played are as outstanding as theirs, I couldn't fail to be amazed. Returned shots which looked like a lost cause, accurate cross court backhands (particularly from Federer) and, from both players, a never-say-die attitude that saw Federer claw his way back from 2 sets down to 2-all and Nadal keeping his cool, despite the setback, to finally win the 5th set in the 16th game!

I know Wimbledon usually reignites Britain's love of tennis anyway, but I'll be more willing to tune in from the early rounds next year.

Donna Alos will present Heart Drivetime from tomorrow until next Friday. I'm back on July 21st.
