Men, bless them, when trying to woo the opposite sex often get it sooo wrong. We've all experienced it ladies, those cringeworthy moments where men think they're impressing you and genuinely believe they're doing well, when all we're doing is criiiiinging!

So this morning on the show, with the help of ladies across the East Midlands, we put together the Top 10 things that men SHOULDN'T do to impress women, with number one being the worst!

10) Playing loud music in their cars

9) Embarassing dance moves. Unless you move like Justin Timberlake the robot is not cool!

8) Eating food that's way too spicey for them, just because it's the hottest on the menu. A bright red bloated face is not attractive...

7) Asking women to feel their biceps. Just unnecessary, we'll touch when we want to!

6) Downing pints

5) Trying too hard to be trendy. 

4) Wearing fake tan. It's for girls.

3) Putting pictures of their car/assets on their facebook/myspace/website

2) Working out excessively. It's vain and often compensates for an ugly face...

1) Talking about how much money they earn. There's an instant word that springs into mind when this happens...but i'll get in trouble for printing it on here...you have been warned!!!
