....Did you see the documentary 'My Street' last night? It was an amazing Cutting Edge programme about a Scottish woman who new no-one on her street in London so over the course of a year she starting knocking on doors, just to say hello! Within 12 months, she knew, in all 160 houses, everyone by first name and it completely changed her life! It also showed, that if you DON'T know your neighbours - just how lonely your life could be - it was a quite sad, but VERY moving programme.

SO, I challenge you to do what I'm going to do this weekend.....just go and knock on 1 persons door and say hello! Then do it, once every weekend, if it doesn't change your life for the better I'll eat my hat! If you do do it, please email me and let me know how you get on, I'd love to know.
