Come Fly With Me!

A Bank holiday weekend is looming so I hope you've managed to get Monday off and have got lots of great things planned?

I am looking forward to Sunday because a crowd of us are going to the local pub for Sunday lunch,  they do these amazing honey mustard parsnips... my mouth is watering just thinking about them!  Sunday afternoons spent having a long boozy lunch are my favourite because you get home nice and early and are in bed for 9.  Still feel shattered on Monday morning though!

I am gong flying this weekend for the first time in ages,  I haven't flown for way over a year so I am very excited.  I can't understand why no one wants to come with me!?  I think it's the story of me getting lost over Wales  and nearly landing at the wrong airport that puts people off!  Fancy a ride anyone??

Apparently what happens with the weather this weekend will set the precedent for this summer's weather.  We are expecting sunshine and showers so not a great outlook.  More and more of us will take our summer holiday in the UK this year because of the credit crunch so lets keep everything crossed for good weather.  I think it's more expensive to go away here than abroad, you can get a great package deal abroad and they will be even better this year as holiday companies panic and slash prices!
