Keith the snowman

I think we probably all woke up on Sunday morning and realised that we still had the big kid in us! Much of the UK was covered in lovely white snow and what's more there was enough to make a snowman and have proper snowball fights. I was on air at 9am but at 12 when I finished I went straight around to my friends house to make a snowman who we named Keith! I got into trouble with a few of you who were forced to get out of bed by your other halves and kids because I was raving about the snow on the show. I mean how can you stay in bed when there is snow on the ground? It doesn't happen very often.

Yesterday was perfect because I didn't waste the morning in bed and then we had a long leisurely boozy Sunday lunch at the pub and fell asleep in front of the telly in the afternoon.

I'm thinking Keith the snowman won't look quite so healthy today so I will post a photo of him or his remains on tomorrows blog.
